How long does the booking process take? What methods of payment are accepted? Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation? And more.

Browse properties listed on our website, select your desired dates and click on the booking button. It will sum you up the fees which are required to be paid. Once payment is completed we’ll send you confirmation email with full details shortly. The security deposit will be collected by cash or credit card upon physical check-in.

You can pay via cash, bank transfer or credit card. We also do accept UAE cheques, however the cheque shall be cleared 48 hours prior to your check-in date in order to be valid.

You have to pay for your booking in full at least 14-days prior to your arrival date, or else you can pay 30% anytime earlier and the balance will be due on or before 14-days prior to check-in date. If you delay your payment we will treat your booking as canceled and our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.

We ask for a copy of your photographic ID (this can be a passport, Emirates ID or GCC issued ID) and the details of that ID. We also ask for an email address to reach you on and a phone number to be used in emergencies. All of these requirements are designed to help your stay be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
At your check-in we are required to check the card used to make payment, this is to minimise fraudulent activity and protect our guests and our homeowners. If you use a card to pay for your trip that won’t be available at check-in you will need to inform us of this when completing your pre-check in form.
Deluxe Holiday Homes™ company works with a secure online platform where you can submit your personal details and a copy of an identity document for us to verify your booking.

The Terms & Conditions are there to protect all parties involved in the booking. It is in place to prevent issues from arising by being clear about how everything works and each person’s responsibilities in sharing a home.
All our guests have to read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as House Rules which were drafted in accordance to DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).

Our standard check-in time slot is 2pm to 6pm UAE time, however, we are happy to accommodate other requests where possible. The earlier we know, the better our chances of being able to adjust the time for you.

If you require a check-in after 6pm UAE time there might be small administrative charge to cover our night shift. Please contact us in plenty of time to spare to arrange late check-ins.
