What if a guest needs to cancel because of an emergency?

In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to bookings activeholidayhomesuae@gmail.com

Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.

Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator.

Full Refund less administrative charges of AED 300 (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)        

No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)
